These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Android app Sobriety Calculator & Tracker (the "App") and the website sobrietycalculator.app (the "Website"), together the "Services", provided by NK Tech Solutions, India ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. What the Services are

The Services help you track time since a chosen date, record check-ins, keep a private journal, and use simple tools such as an urge timer and a breathing exercise.

The Services are not medical advice. They are not a treatment program, do not diagnose or treat any condition, and are not a substitute for a doctor, counselor or support group. Always seek qualified help for health concerns. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or find a helpline at https://findahelpline.com.

The Services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, or any other recovery fellowship.

3. Your data

Your App content is stored only on your device. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for exporting backups if you want to keep your data when you change or reset your phone. 4. Free version and ads

The App is free to download and use. The free version shows ads. You can watch an optional rewarded video to remove ads for 24 hours.

5. Premium

Premium removes ads and unlocks extra features, which are described in the App before you buy. Premium is available as:

• Weekly subscription. Billed every week through Google Play. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. When you cancel, premium stays active until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Lifetime. A one-time purchase that does not renew and unlocks premium for as long as the App is available.

Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country. Payments are processed by Google Play, and Google Play's terms apply to every purchase.

Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies. You can request one through Google Play.

Restoring purchases. If you reinstall the App or change phones, use Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account you used to buy.

We may change premium features or prices in the future. Price changes to an existing subscription follow Google Play's rules, including any required notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by trying to copy, reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the App or Website, bypass purchases, or use them for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The App, Website, design, artwork and text belong to NK Tech Solutions or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Services. They do not give you ownership of any part of them.

8. Third-party services

The Services use third-party services, including Google Play, RevenueCat and Google AdMob, and link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or websites, which have their own terms and policies.

9. No warranty

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them accurate and reliable but do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that calculations, reminders or notifications will always work as expected (for example, because of phone settings, battery optimization or time zone changes). We do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NK Tech Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App. Remember to cancel any active subscription in Google Play. We may suspend access to the Services if you seriously breach these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
